About Togaa

What is Togaa?

Togaa is a founder-led Indian ethnic wear label for women, based in Mumbai. It makes handcrafted kurta sets, suit sets, anarkalis, sharara sets and lehengas for weddings, festivals and everyday wear.

Where is the Togaa store?

Shop no. 28, New Delight Shopping Centre, Chandavarkar Road, Borivali West, Mumbai 400092 (near Raj Mahal Hotel). The store is open Monday to Sunday, 11:00 AM to 8:30 PM.

What collections does Togaa have?

Four edits: Lail (satin kurta sets), Gulrang (chanderi suit sets), Moh (lehenga, sharara and anarkali sets for weddings) and Saadgi (everyday-to-festive kurta sets).

Are Togaa outfits handcrafted?

Yes. Togaa pieces feature hand-worked lace, hand embroidery or hand-embellished details. Small variations between pieces are natural in handcrafted work.

How much do Togaa outfits cost?

Most kurta and suit sets are priced between ₹2,299 and ₹4,999. Wedding pieces from the Moh edit range from ₹6,990 to ₹15,990. Current prices are shown on each product page.

Choosing an outfit

What should I wear to a mehendi?

Pick something light and easy to move in. Mahi (green sharara set), Ruhani (pink satin peplum set) and Muski (rose pink one-shoulder set) all work well.

What should I wear to a sangeet?

Choose pieces made for movement: Sitaara (olive satin dhoti pant set), Arohi (red skirt set) or Meera (rust lehenga set).

What should I wear to a wedding as a guest?

For the ceremony or reception, try Maya (golden anarkali) or Meera (rust lehenga). For a day wedding, Meher or Saumya in ivory. Avoid the bride's colours.

What should I wear to a pooja or family function?

Understated sets like Saanjh (navy satin) or Nazākat (black satin A-line) look elegant without being loud.

Does every Togaa set come with a dupatta?

Yes. Every current Togaa set includes a dupatta. The "What's included" section on each product page lists every piece.

Sizing

What sizes does Togaa offer?

Every Togaa design comes in XS, S, M, L, XL and XXL.

How do I find my size?

Compare your measurements with the size chart. If you are between sizes, email support@togaa.in before ordering and we will help you choose.

Orders and delivery

Does Togaa deliver across India?

Yes. Togaa ships across India. A flat ₹200 shipping charge is added at checkout.

Does Togaa ship internationally?

Not at the moment. Togaa currently ships within India only.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time depends on your location and our courier partners. If you need an outfit by a specific date, email us before ordering.

What payment methods can I use?

All prices are in Indian rupees (INR). The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout.

Returns and exchanges

What is Togaa's return policy?

If your order arrives damaged, defective or not as described, email support@togaa.in within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order details. We will arrange a replacement or exchange if eligible.

Which items cannot be returned?

Customised pieces, sale items and accessories cannot be returned. Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging.

How long does a return request take?

Our team reviews requests within 2 to 4 business days. If a refund is agreed, it is initiated within a week.

Is a slight colour difference a defect?

No. Handcrafted pieces can vary slightly in colour or texture, and screens show colours differently. This is not treated as a defect.

Care and contact

How should I care for my Togaa outfit?

Dry cleaning is safest for satin, organza and embroidered pieces. Store it folded in a breathable bag, away from direct sunlight.
