Return Policy – Togaa

At Togaa, we take immense pride in the quality and care behind each piece we craft. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, please reach out to us at support@togaa.in within 48 hours of delivery, along with images and order details. We will assess the case and initiate an appropriate resolution — either a replacement, exchange, based on eligibility.

Return Eligibility

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.
• Returns must be initiated within the specified return window (typically 5–7 days after delivery confirmation).
• Only items approved by our team are eligible for return or exchange.
• Customized products, sale items, and accessories are non-returnable.

Returns Not Accepted If:

• The return request is raised after 48 hours of delivery.
• The product is found to be used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
• The issue is related to slight variations in color or texture — as handcrafted products may have minor variations that make them unique.

Please allow 2–4 business days for our team to review and respond to your request. Once approved, we'll guide you through the return or exchange process.

Refund, if applied, will be intiated within a week of our conversation regarding it
