Sales and Discounts

Items purchased during sale events are non-refundable and may not be eligible for exchanges. Discounts and offers cannot be clubbed unless stated otherwise. Sale items are available until stocks last.

Returns and Exchanges

Products can be returned or exchanged only if they meet our return policy guidelines. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within the specified time frame. Refunds are issued after quality checks are completed. Customized or sale items are not eligible for return.

Shipping & Lost in Transit

We offer shipping across India. Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. In rare cases where packages are lost in transit, we will investigate with our courier partners and process claims accordingly. Togaa is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.
